How do I make something like, set a initial payment with a higher value and then continue for regular payment afterwards?

I think you can change your pledge amount whenever you want but I've never used Patreon as a patron so I don't know the exact procedure.

This isn't an issue right this minute, but when I click my patrons, I see an incomplete list; I think some of them are hidden. Is there a way for me to see a complete list for when I need to pick a random patron for the next setting demand, or should I just treat it as though the hidden patrons are recusing themselves from the selection?

I'm pretty sure people can pledge anonymously, so it might be that.
