(if you want them to have a unlimited supply the buildings could have small-specific gardens with trees that make more magical seeds)

Damn it, now I am picturing a Librarian Dryad, and it is the cutest thing >.>
edit: Not necessarily a Dryad from a Tree-building, but like, her tree is inside the library grounds so the Dryad is always there

A magically up-to-date political map with (nonsecret, because I can’t see him revealing other people’s secrets) info about the various countries that exist. Useful for diplomacy because they don’t have trained ambassadors for that kind of thing.
Telling Winter that seeking an audience would be safe, and maybe providing transportation (could count as a present for both Winter and a monarch). Probably interferes with plot plans, though.
Some modern convenience, like a fridge or toilet paper.
A guide to Narnian culture; there’s still plenty they don’t know.
