Can Bonus get any stronger or they only improve in terms of "skill" in using them?

By and large, no, but potentially within sets (it would make more sense for triplets and up than twins).

I currently don't have any character templates that would be obvious twins for Addy. I suppose I already partially developed a couple of her brothers and could shuffle birth order, but I'd be more likely to make up somebody new who'd have a more interesting dynamic with her.
