Okay must go airplane now but some quick things since my last update:
- Throne made a Javascript thing that should reduce the number of times you go to #unread and it's not on the correct tag. Also Alicorn mentioned she likes having the unread post outlined in red, which I'd added to her account for debugging; are additional people interested in this such that I should make it an account option?
- I think I fixed it such that it will now respect most recent alias when swapping characters on a post
- Throne removed the maximum length on passwords
- It was failing to show existing tags for a post in edit/preview/whatever wasn't a new post, now fixed
- Throne fixed a thing where going through the preview flow did not preserve the fact you were editing a post/reply

Why not just use git tag for deployed versions?

Heroku keeps track of my deploy SHAs just fine; use case here is "when did I last provide patch notes", which should be fixed with an actual site patch note feature not git tags.

There is currently a bug with the newly-implemented thing to reload the aliases of characters if you swap to them – the UI will show the correct alias but when you press "Post" it won't have saved it. Bug fix hopefully coming soon? (Doesn't break any behavior, I don't think, except to mean you have to swap away from the alias and back to have it save properly.)

Okay! This should be fixed (as of about ten minutes ago), as well as an issue where icons were being saved from posts to the first reply (not between replies, just literally from the post to the first reply by the same user, if the character was the same).

Yesplease (the color should perhaps be theme-specific, or user editable) and I'd also appreciate the first unread post being ctrl-f findable. (I sometimes end up scrolling back significantly for context, and then it's a bit of a hassle to find where I'm reading from again - highlight will definitely help but being able to just jump there would be great.)
