Yeah, if Calado was bad at enforcing its population controls it would have an entirely different set of problems.

Would Amentans be happy in permasummer, permaautumn, or permawinter? What if it were those plus fertility, but not psychological spring issues?

If it had an Anitam, they would presumably have noticed the new alts as soon as Warp pealed.
