Shoal, I think I probably have a tendency to suspect both parties in an argument, and I was surprised to see you so aggressive so early on. I agree that jalapeno's posting has been weak but I feel like you're treating his arguments as making less sense than they actually do and getting on his case overly about it. Still, with things like eg calling out DanielH for a fluffpost on Day1, it seems weird coming from him. But as you point out - you and him behaving uncharacteristically actually points towards town, since you were both scum previously. I should try to remember that (though, I was scum with you last game, and that probably colors my opinions of what counts as "characteristic" for both of you). ((Ninja edit: see you guys are being really catty and it is WEIRD to me))

Unfortunately I don't think I have time to finish my suspicion post before the end of the day (in, what, 20min?) because I'm less than a quarter of the way through my reread, but I am trying out the system you suggested last game for tabulating my suspicions using numbers rather than sequential pairwise evaluations starting from a randomized list as I had been. It looks pretty promising so far. I'll work on my suspicion post over the course of the night and try to post early when the next Day starts.

(it is entirely possible i’m being cattier than i should be. *gesticulates at the post in the sign up thread where i warned this might happen.* if what i’m doing is antifun people should point that out and i will try to tone it down/step away from the keyboard as neccessary. we still need to catch scum but i don’t want to actually hurt the person on the other side of the monitor. I like him as a person i just think he’s scum.)

Hmm. I'm townreading pistachi0n pretty hard right now for obvious reasons (thank you thank you thank you), but for completeness's sake I should point out that, if I die and am revealed to be town, it indicates EITHER that Shoal is also Town OR that pistachi0n was lying about having a power and I died because pistachi0n's most recent vote was the one that counted as normal (or both, I guess). Hopefully checking the vote totals will disambiguate those cases.
