It seems to me like his system runs too much on personal loyalty and not enough on a formalized code of any sort for him to be Lawful on that basis.

Milliways seems very anthropocentric and even caters to relatively American social norms. How much does this change with different patrons? Can the stairs become an elevator, a lift tube, a Names fairy style flight tube, or a ramp if necessary for a species or individual? If everybody present is an elf or a nymph, are there still rules against (humanoid) nudity in the main bar area or are they temporarily suspended? Would Security actually bother enforcing the no-nudity rules in that case?

There was that party that one time where nudity was allowed in the main bar area!

Stairs could change. There are in fact times when the nudity rule is suspended.

Why can humans safely go to Edda? Are daemons not contagious in that plane, or do you need to go to Midgard, or are you retconning that Silmaril Midgardians have daemons even though that’s in Dreamwidth Silmaril threads?

Will the answer likely carry over to Effulgence?

In Edda (in both Silmaril and Effulgence) daemons are just a thing the people from that planet have; they are not a feature of the metaphysics more generally than that.

When a demon creates a fork of you in a different world, for Milliways purposes what is your home world? Concretely, if one of the Fëanor doubles in Milliways were to try the door, where would it go? (This is similar to but not the same as the question of kids born in Milliways.)

And is the answer different than homeworld as Elcenia defined it?
