I recently encountered pictures of Rick Mora and thought he might be Bellish: Pros: Pretty! Has ovalish face with jaw+chin, and no beard.
Cons: Not sure if he can do the eyebrow thing (second pic is closest I found :/). Hard to find pics of, especially in the right age range. Possibly shirtless more than typical Bells.

That guy is not a Joker, although he does kind of resemble a few actual Joker PBs. XD Perhaps I should scoop him.

Hermione Granger?

Hermione is the template that is Minnie the ghost from Sunshine and also the lady in waiting to Zoyah, the Soph in Thalassa.

I think Chelseas decline to come in boy, although if they did he'd be an interesting choice.
