Tentative thematic divisions for the fiveset:

Soul - conviction, determination, faith, hope - Miles
Dream - intellectual, artistic, intuitive - Mark
Heart - powerful emotion and instinct - Aaron
Mind - ??? - template undecided
Spirit - communication, understanding, meaning - template under construction

Hm! What led you to place communication/understanding/meaning under Spirit?

Between Spirit and Mind, Spirit felt like it was vaguer in a way that allowed it to flex in that direction more easily.

Seeing Mind without the description, I would want to give it to a Matilda or maybe a Tony.

When I see "heart, mind, spirit, soul", I expect five and I expect the fifth to be "body".

I can probably acclimate to "dream".

For some reason I expect conviction and determination to be called spirit, not soul. Perhaps because of the adjective "spirited".

I feel similarly with respect to Spirit, and was expecting Spirit to be a motivation/energy sort of thing. But I can also see Spirit in the sense of "the spirit of the thing" which has the senses of understanding and meaning.

I agree that Matildas and Tonies seem like good candidates for Mind - they are both notable for their Mind-ness in different ways.

I'm open to suggestions about how to arrange this fiveset. There is not going to be a "Body" - these are all divisions of the mental/emotional/spiritual/etc self - but maybe the thing I have down as Spirit could have a different word, maybe Mind could be replaced with something else, etc.

Well, maybe, but Mark is a JokerSherlock so Dream already encompasses some bits of that.

Is it permissible for the JokerSherlock to cover two of the five between themselves?
