I had no idea Quinn wasn't an original setting.

Most of Effulgence is at least partly fanfictional. In contrast, I think there are 3 and two halves* non-original Incandescent worlds.

* The halves being the Skin Deep one, where so little of the worldbuilding is in the original, and the Cinderella one

Originality as far as I know-

Original: Cycle, Epilogue, Gemini, Inferno, Hex, Pantheon, Tayane, Ravel, and Treasury
Half-original as mentioned above: Quartet and Medallion
Based off existing canon: Chamomile and Greenhouse

Milliways isn't really a feature of Incandescence the way it is in Effulgence, but Aya at least has encountered it, and I'm inclined to name it also 'half original', since it's only sort of loosely similar to the Douglas Adams version.

That sounds right (I think I was counting Medallion in both the “three” and the “two halves”). I think you're missing Cypress's Kystle and New Kystle, though; are they named like the Epilogue ones (why does the same name apply to two planes?)? If not, I suggest Prologue.

So I thiiink my thought process is something like this: putting both Epilogue and Cypress' world felt like duplication, because they're the same world, just with different timelines and character histories. And although from the characters' point of view Kystle and New Kystle are as separate as Hex and Medallion are, from a meta perspective they're both from the same Aestrix story and I might say the two of them are in the same worldsheaf and the other worlds are not? I'd go either way on the Kystle/New Kystle thing, I think.

Aestrix and I have actually been referring to the Starry Matrix Kystle as Prelude for glowfic-uniqueness reasons, though I haven't a clue how we'd get the characters to justify the name in-story xD

The closest way to justify it, would be if the prelude characters heard of two different versions of the Kystle-verse by someone that has better dimensional travel?
