I think it would be really hard to get even a sunnypired Alex to kill his or her own Bell, even if the Bell was trying to kill the Alex; Alexes are of the non-ethically-grounded opinion that their Bells ought to exist. They'd try to avoid being Slain but kind of "wait why are we doing this we're like twins and stuff"-ly.
Sunnypire!Alex would want to turn their Bell? Would thy be happy with the end result?
*giggles* Shoulder Bella.

Bubbly and interested in acquiring people and things that catch her attention, also totally down with the eating people thing but not casually destructive - she might take up nonfatal biting, mostly out of what you might call convenience (who wants to take their life into their hands every time they need lunch?) and due to this might be able to coexist with her Bell, although it would tank their sisterhood-per-se and there would be no "but we're sisters" lingering thoughts on Soph's end.
Fits. Same question, but for Soph.
How about Charlie and Renée?

An Alex would want to turn their Bell but a Soph would be pretty indifferent, though she'd offer if it seemed like a good idea (like if her Bell was dying and they'd been getting along before).
...Vampire Charlie scares me. He would be baaaaaaad. I don't think he'd turn his family, I think he'd just kill them all.
Vampire Renée is more or less the same as Vampire Soph except she'd be more likely to hare off to random places instead of making any attempt to coexist.

I seeing Renée as Harmony's BFF

Now I'm trying to think about what Libbies use their souls for. I'm really not sure.
If you remove a Chainsaw's soul, it shortcuts them pretty directly to the Chainsaw phase that comes after they've been torturing people for thousands of years. Which is to say, into a state where they are dangerous but ready to become mostly-benign as soon as the right circumstances arrive. If you remove a Chainsaw's soul when they are already in that state, there is not much visible effect. They might find the change slightly unsettling, and it might shake up their personal relationships a little, but for the most part they just go on exactly as they have been.
I think Libbipires would still have their networks, but would be less concerned about optimizing them to make everyone get useful things to do that fit them nicely, and more concerned with arranging the network to suit the Libby personally. While still probably doing a bit of making people feel valuable, because that's instrumentally useful.
Hmm, no, I don't think that's it either. The personal satisfaction Libbies get from finding where people fit isn't primarily ethically motivated; I don't think there's anything Libbies ever do that's primarily ethically motivated. A soulless Libby would be somewhat less inclined to consider other people's happiness and somewhat less inclined to care about the end of the world and somewhat more willing to resort to killing people, but I'm not sure she'd be really qualitatively different from a Libby with a soul.
Could a Libbypire be like Aelise? It doesn't seem likely that she'd work that hard to save the world, though I don't see Aelise changing the situation that much if she were to lose her soul. Maybe she'd turn Chelsa's inner circle or something…. It certainly seems more likely she'd kill her Bell instead of retroactively not doing so.
