I thought most unpealed retiree Jokers were very similar, even if they weren’t as similar as other alts in identical circumstances. If you need specifics, then how about pre-Pen Cindy?

(In my head this continues at least through Russell writing a somewhat condescending article about Elcenia and possibly commiserating with Fet about how their interviewees are so uncooperative and why don't they understand the Importance of Journalism?)

I assumed that the differences between the Joker, Ghosty, and Queenie were based on the different experience of being asteroided/ghosted/tortured, and that Ghosty and Queenie were practically indistinguishable from the Joker after being captured by their respective Bats.
