Gelatinous Monster World is unrelated. Psyche and Magnetar are not Skylight Empire Edie and Emily.
Superpowers in Helen and Marie's world are based on something called S-Factor. If you have dormant S-Factor, you have the potential to acquire super powers. If you have active S-Factor, you have superpowers. If you have S-Factor at all you reincarnate, but you only remember the incarnations since the first time it was activated.

And it just hasn't been around long enough for that to get noticed?

I forgot to account for how fast my new wings are and accidentally flew out of the universe.
I believe having a quotes thread might be useful. This isn’t exactly discussion, but it is important to note that this quote exists.

It's already been mentioned obliquely with the probe: it'll be more directly explored soon.
(And I believe they determined that EVE space has about the viscosity of motor oil. :P)

A genuinely arbitrary rule would say she could sell anything but fudge and earmuffs and that she had to take half a subjective hour off if someone walked in from a place where it was Tuesday.
I am now trying to imagine somebody imposing standard labor laws on Bar: at least some percent of subjective time on break, or no serving people for whom it is Saturday, or something like that.
I feel like there is probably a place where fudge and earmuffs are banned within OTC's range, because they sell Dire Cocoa Fudge, and Dire Cocoa Fudge is not a good thing for you to eat if you ever want to eat anything other than Dire Cocoa Fudge again.

According to the product description, Dire Cocoa Fudge is banned in five universes and it doesn’t specify whether they want to be Quite Sure and just ban all fudge. Why would earmuffs be banned?
Also, in the Superhero box they are talking about the entity controlling the door maybe having ethics iff they don’t realize the people they’re inconveniencing are real. I find this highly entertaining because the people controlling the door really don’t think the people they’re inconveniencing are real. Although I’m still not quite sure why Alicorn and Maggie don’t want Lorica to get her computer. Would it lead to excess contamination of the other worlds or something?

It's not that Lorica mustn't have her computer, I just don't have more than an Extremely Vague State Of The World Of Cape and Edie and Emily are going to go fuck shit up in The World Of Cape given a door. The computer is an innocent bystander.

Edie is toying with the idea of being Very Publicly Jewish while she fucks shit up so the Nazis get in her way and she can smite them, but she'll keep her promise to not go hunting them down when there are worse problems to be dealt with.
