I meant the later ones for
free, which is still better than on a tab of someone very rich (and even weapons could be a option in a certain moderation), I am unsure what kind of healing Milliways can offer.
Possibly they could offer magical stuff or stuff that could Terraria-minify so they could take large vehicles home.

It hasn't come up much, but Milliways has an infirmary much like it has security.

But you cannot take Bar or the infirmary home with you. If you left replicators and healers in the Belltower, or better yet a nonportable device to produce same, new Bells could use those devices even if they couldn’t take coins.
Of course, this only made sense when there was no Jane or other time sync mechanism.

Yeah, I was about to suggest something like that, possibly a versatile magical device with a means to record the bells' actions (to a certain degree and the bell would be informed of this) in case the pealed bells are suspicious that the things could be used for evil.

Free gifts with monitoring is a whole different bag than free gifts. I'm not sure I'd take the former.

Depends on who was attached to the monitoring. I might accept it if I was confident only my alts would be able to know what I was doing. Monitoring doesn’t really work in this case, though, because coins have no interuniverse powers (that is why they aren’t my automatic answer to which glowfic power I’d take if I could have one).
Also, I’m pretty sure a square’s worth of uncharged black hole wouldn’t do much beyond destroy the city very thoroughly. Maybe the whole state if you live in New England. IIRC, from previous discussions I’m not going to bother finding, a square can produce a car but not a house. Let’s say that’s one metric tonne. To a first approximation, or even to a second approximation, this black hole would completely evaporate due to Hawking radiation instantly. Thus we can simply use
E=mc² to approximate the damage. We get 8.9×10¹⁹ joules, or
400 Tsar Bombas, or
almost two days of hurricane.
If, on the other hand, it was one tonne of
electros, I doubt the solar system would survive. I cannot calculate in which way it would not survive because this is the point where I know that all of the models I know of the situation are inaccurate and that I don’t have time to learn the Reissner–Nordström metric now.
Even if a square couldn’t destroy the planet with either of these methods, two squares could: first grant temporary physics knowledge, then come up with something
even more destructive.
I have still not found a way to do more than kill a single person with a triangle unless the situation is already set up nonmagically.

They could have multiple bells starter packs! Extra benefits to the ones that accept the extra precautions! :D

The way I was thinking the monitoring would happen every time the other bell found Milliways again, the device would "upload" what she did with it since the last time and other Bells could evaluate, then they could set up for the device to "self destruct" or whatever the next time when they walked in Milliways again.

Kappa, I can't remember where I read it - probably the forums, possibly an in-game comment on somebody's profile, but it was kind of a meme when I played regularly a few years ago - but somebody decided to work out the density (consistency?) of outer space in EVE. You see, there's obviously a ton of drag; ships will accelerate to a "terminal velocity" over the course of a few seconds (number of seconds depends of the mass of the ship) of boosting (sublight engines only) in a straight line, and a really, *really* tricked out ship and pilot (we're talking "you could buy a fleet for the cost of those implants" level of tricked-out pilot) might be able to get a ship up to 10km/sec (the vast majority of ships can't hit even half that much, and the largest ones can't hit 1/50th as much). Furthermore, you slow down very rapidly if you stop boosting.
Somebody once upon a time claimed to have done some math, based on the available numbers for EVE ship sizes, masses, top speeds, accelerations, and thrusts. The conclusion was apparently that space in EVE is similar to Jell-O. This doesn't entirely account for the way that EVE has projectile weapons which are effective at up to 150KM for the biggest ones (150KM being a very short distance in space, but a whole lot of gelatin). Weapons have a bunch of oddities. For example, up to a threshold (usually measured in KMs or tens of KMs at best, except for the really big guns), there's no difference in damage between a point-blank shot and one just barely inside the weapon's "optimal range" threshold. On the other hand, no information is available concerning the muzzle velocities of EVE's railguns or artillery (though some of the artillery does fire rocket-assisted shells) and the impact time over any range is "instant", so it would be awfully hard to measure that anyhow. Missiles do have a travel time and a known velocity - which ranges from hundreds of m/s for the biggest ones to a few tens of km/sec for the most advanced of the smallest missiles - and take a second or two to accelerate to their maximum speed, but we don't have either mass or thrust numbers for missiles (so far as I can recall).
Anyhow, the weirdly low top speeds and massive deceleration when you stop boosting are very much factors of EVE spaceflight. Nobody has ever yet commented on how the Jell-O tastes, so far as I know.
