why Lorica? What does it mean?

I didn't think everyone had visions either.

Lorica is Latin for armor.

The post is worldbuilding-spoilery slightly if you've read nothing but not plot-spoilery.

Everyone has visions I think, it's just they get immediately forgotten. Lorica's power should let her remember, since Miss Militia's did.

Yeah, I definitely got the impression that everyone had the visions, but only people with the right thinker powers were able to remember them, and Lorica's would very likely count I think.

I started reading worm last night.

Anyway, back to effulgence... how is effulgence going?

I'll have to tweak Lorica's intro post after reading Miss Militia's thing, thanks for pointing out this discrepancy before it affected anything.

Effulgence is waiting on kappa to readjust to being home and have some brain.

For the various Sunny-brand worlds where we don’t know already, who’s the Slayer? Usually James, or Buffy, or does it vary between the worlds?

And while asking this, I realized thst one of my favorite lines in Luminosity (“"Look," I said, smirking. "Buffy is a nickname for Elizabeth."”) was given the general “equivalent but not particularly reminiscent” retconning for Effulgence. :(

Template sweeps didn't turn up Libbies in the spare sunnyworlds except Slipstick, who wasn't the Slayer and has been relocated to Origin. Slayers in Apollo and Helios are kind of "we suppose they have them but they're not templates or very important to Effulgence goings-on".
