I sketched a vague floorplan of Milliways. This is layout; proportions vary, if Milliways ever feels the need to have an ultrawide fireplace with six couches, or to have ninety booths one day, or to make the stairs wide enough to accommodate the tarrasque, that can be arranged.

Captions, approximately left to right then up to down:

staff accommodations
stairs
back door
distinct lack of bartender and booze, bar, bar stools
infirmary
security
bathrooms
occasional side door
chairs
tables
fireplace
chairs
couch
booths
standing around confused area
window with 'splosions
door

Nitpick: People tend to notice the exploding stars pretty much first thing when they come in, which seems to suggest that they should be more visible from the door.

The stars are visible through the window as soon as you have entered, if you look to the left. They're just not straight ahead.
