I have an idea for mixed world sandboxes. It goes like this: two characters swap bodies but get powers sometimes but not skill. So if Stella and Amariah swapped Stella would still be a mint but then she would have witch powers but she would not know how to use them and would have trouble adjusting to the starlight thing and the daemon. Amariah would have coins so she could be a mint and she would still have her daemon but maybe not her witch powers because of the different body. Also it would be after a (day)dream/illusion of appearing in a room both sitting in chairs and then swapping chairs (with or without talking before). (It's from a Russian book.) Also I suggest doing a world-traveling ialdaer Matilda. Also a Lost Pen with a Matilda. Or with a Libby. Or a Lazarus. Lost Pens are adorable. So are Matildas.

You share my opinion of Lost Pens! I don't know what afk means but I can guess. Also I think Lost Pen and that one Adarin from the Skin Deep world (Max? I forget) could be interesting.
Also, is there a thread for advice on starting glowfic, or writing the society part if you have the magic part down ("part" of world building), or solidifying the vague character you have in your head...

In general, look at the Creations section for relevant threads. There's a thread for making characters; I don't think societies have been brought up anywhere.

I also like lost Pens. Pens need to get lost more often. In glowfic. In real life, I lose more than enough pens already.

Also, afk is standard shorthand for away from keyboard.

I was going to suggest a cooking contest, but all of the really good chefs I can think of (Jokers, Sherlocks, Hillaries) are purple. I’m also not sure how it could really happen in sandbox form.
