I would bet that the answer is “another goldmage” or “a wizard who knows stupefy”. Either of those could take the entire cast if the time dilation and other landlord-controlled factors were favorable.

Except the Valar. It don’t think a goldmage could take one of them even with the typical landlord help.

I am curious how should Milliways intervene and how in certain situations:
One thing I was thinking during the yeerk debacle was "If a host steals control back long enough to harm someone, could the host minus yeerk be arrested?".
Minor (as in a non-adult instead of the demon) doesn't want to go back home and their parent/guardian disagrees. Would secure intervene if the minor was dragged away? Or if someone tried to convince the minor to go with them while the parent disagrees?

Extreme examples of the legal minor issues:

• JokerDad says “We’re leaving, Delaney.” and Joker is emboldened enough by Milliways to say “no”.
• A baby is crying as the mother grabs them and walks to the bathroom to change their diaper

I expect the line for where security intervenes is sonewhere in between, but RoR itself has shown characters who would draw it outside in either direction.

To be more specific/practical: I ask because there is a decent chance that something like this could happen to smoljean that leaves in a foster home. I think it's likely his foster mother won't accept "go away to another dimension as acceptable".
