I like that definition of a sex act. As for described, I’d agree that is a hard line to draw. I would guess that Ripper and Pattern’s cartographic exploits are somewhere near the line?

I would prefer not to have to put this sort of categorization on my threads for a reason similar to why I don't put warning tags on my tumblr posts. (I don't necessarily object to other people putting this sort of categorization on my threads.)

What I've described is what I intend to use for tagging things on the daily report, unless someone comes up with a better idea; you could crib off of that if you want to.

Oh, if someone else is going to be doing it for me I have no objections at all. I was flustered when I thought I was going to have to evaluate whether things conformed to a standard of some kind and then mark them according to that with implied dire consequences to people's comfort if I fucked it up.

Ah, yeah :)

The daily reports are basically my personal notes made public, and I want an explicit tag, so I'll be doing that regardless; if other people are going to be doing it too (note that the suggestion of adding a tagging feature to the glowfic site wasn't mine) it seems like a good idea to have an agreed-upon standard, and if there were objections of an 'I don't want my stuff tagged that way' sort it'd be better to talk those out before someone's toes get stepped on, but I don't mind being in charge of tagging stuff or having people copy that info from me.
