• Unreliable Milliways access
• Annual nigh-reliable Milliways access
• Brainphone
• Pen’s invulnerability
• Pen’s torchability
• Pen’s so-far-unknown-in-universe ingot magic

Does her ingot magic work over text-mode brainphone?

Can Pen fly John out of Gotham undetected so he can get Milliways, bring the Peal, and if necessary resurrect the maybe-nuked Gotham? Would this require he be kidnapped, or might he come along on such a journey willingly?

At this point, Pen flying John out of Gotham would not stop Cindy and Elle from solving the plot unless they got caught and Bane pulled the plug. I would still have to figure out how Cindy and Elle solve the plot, and I wouldn't get to have Cindy and John quietly make out in the background.

Looks like. Presumably it was Alicorn, I think she and I are the only ones with admin accounts and I didn't do it.

Batman is currently down a hole recovering from a back injury and will not be coming back until the plot is solved.

Presumably Batman's toys are not available for our heroes to steal and use?

Not easily, no. John knows where to find them but he's not about to bring Elle or the Joker there and isn't especially keen on breaking into Wayne Manor to search it for useful goodies himself.
