Because I’ve been busy, but some quick questions:
Similarly to Throne3d’s question: In antimagic land, how can you get to it via Milliways if you can’t leave via Milliways? Is the indestructibility then an exception to not leaving?

Yeah, it'll settle but won't let through. An optional addition: outsiders can go only in (except indestructibility) and people from there can go back and forth (losing any magic they gained each time)
Any of the 10.
It does slowly go away if you don't keep adding, but that's very slow and risks only happen sometimes.
Actually, maybe outsiders can go back but let's say every time someone comes through, all the portals/gates/Sue links or whatever close?
The world building is kind of malleable, so if you want to do it a specific way you can tell me "I want that and that to happen and this not to happen"

So if I were to walk under a ladder, and I were scared of walking under ladders, once I calmed down it would be somewhat less likely for things to fall on me and I would be somewhat physically protected? For how long?

Or would it be that if you avoided walking under the ladder and this calmed your ladder-related anxiety...?

It would be that if you, for example, rubbed your hands together and fully believed that it would have those effects and thus calmed down and then walked under the ladder. How long it lasts depends somewhat on the magnitude of your anxiety (how afraid/worried are you?) and somewhat on how long you're going to be doing the scary thing. Under normal circumstances, you will get half of however long the scary thing took at full power, half at almost but not exactly full power, and a power dropoff of maybe 5-20 mins. The latter also depends on the length of the scary thing and is not a sharp limit but a range in which those normally fall.
The most powerful thing anyone in that world has ever done by accident is an astronaut who doesn't need oxygen. They were extremely afraid of going into space, did some action they thought would definitely help... and it helped.

Re: Timepoof thread
I am worldbuilding a thing and I would like to talk to someone about it in IM because I am having some difficulties but I would feel better about doing so if someone actually volunteered. My difficulties include: naming things, deciding which things have which powers from a vague concept in my brain of how each thing should work, just developing some of the concepts so that it would be easier to later decide the second thing, some "how does this fit together" stuff and "is the way this works realistic from the perspective of 'people are people'", some " what if?", etc

Re: Timepoof thread
I have gotten some help from Throne, thank you Throne, but I need some more help because I am nowhere near done, I don't think, and also this just benefits from more eyes on it. (I seem to ALSO currently have trouble arranging things into coherent ordered explanations or putting them in docs! This loosens when my brain thinks I am just telling someone about it and they are listening and it helps if they ask questions and stuff.)
