Many people don’t, which is why PM is available. I just think you’ll need to PM davecotter before he can send you what he has. Or wait for him to get PM access either from Alicorn fixing the phpBB settings or him posting enough/being around long enough/passing some other new user threshold.

Much as I hate to embrace our Google overlords - you could put it in a google doc, then send people a link to it? Not so that they could edit, just to read.
