Akaima once lets you sense emotion. Akaima twice or three times gives you proper telepathy. Akaima four times gives you very strong telepathy.
Iserith once lets you sense magic. Iserith twice or three times gives you metamagic. Iserith four times gives you very strong metamagic.
Nidare once lets you sense mass. Nidare twice or three times gives you telekinesis. Nidare four times gives you very strong telekinesis.
Tikiri once improves your sight and hearing. Tikiri twice or three times lets you scry sight and sound at a distance. Tikiri four times lets you teleport.
(For all the "twice or three times" tiers, three times gives you more of the thing than twice but much less than four.)
Two or more Child aspects strengthen your powers in the direction of Creation. All four Child aspects together make you immortal - you respawn separately if killed.
Two or more Youth aspects strengthen your powers in the direction of Change. All four Youth aspects together make you immortal - you regenerate from all forms of bodily harm including aging.
Two or more Adult aspects strengthen your powers in the direction of Preservation. All four Adult aspects together make you immortal - you are invulnerable to injury, illness, aging, etc.
Two or more Elder aspects strengthen your powers in the direction of Destruction. All four Elder aspects together make you immortal - you reincarnate after death, and regain all the memories of your past lives as you grow.
(Three of an aspect gives you more of that aspect's bonus than two, and four more than three, but there's no huge jump from three to four unless you count also separately becoming immortal.)
Earth gives you geokinesis; Fire gives you pyrokinesis; Water gives you hydrokinesis; Air gives you aerokinesis.
Life gives you biokinesis; Death gives you necromantic powers; Light gives you light-shaping; Shadow gives you shadow powers.
All the elemental powers get a massive bonus to scale, effectiveness, and ease of use if you have both instances of that element rather than just one.
